Windbells - A Clarice Cliff conical sugar sifter circa 1933 handpainted with a stylised tree and flower landscape with orange, yellow and green banding, FANTASQUE and Bizarre mark, height 14 cm. Condition - Small chip restored to the edge of the foot rim.
