A Royal Worcester study of a Borzoi modelled by Doris Linder with a sand and white coat, mould 3426, black printed mark with date code for 1951, height 23cm Originally designed in 1947 and discontinued, it is believed that only six of these were made. Purchased from Homer, Price & Partners Ltd, Knowle, English and Continental Furniture and Early Porcelain sale 5th October 1972, lot 184. Retains original auction catalogue.
