A Chinese blue and white 'Bajixiang' style bowl, Qianlong (1735-96) seal mark, richly decorated in cobalt using the 'heaped and piled' technique, profusely decorated with a series of lotus borne on leafy tendrils, the interior with wave rim design, height 11cm, diameter 26cm.

Minor scuffing and wear to the footrim, otherwise sound condition.
