A Chinese Republic period (1912-1944) famille rose porcelain stick stand of cylindrical form, painted with ladies amongst formal gardens, below ruyi and scrolling lotus borders, reserved against a white ground, the reverse with four lines of poetry, unmarked, height 63cm.
Condition report
Wear to the enamel at the rim, fritting and scuffing and wear throughout. No chips, cracks or restoration.
